Job Description:

A specific opportunity exists for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this Practice based either from their Leeds, Bristol or London offices.

Fully supported by Senior Management the successful Candidate will be tasked with managing the Capital Program for a major UK Food Retailer with an emphasis on energy efficiency works throughout their portfolio of stores.

Person Specification:

Applications are welcomed from Candidates who can demonstrate a proven career history to date in providing Cost Consultancy services notably.

~ Full Client liaison
~ Managing in-house Quantity Surveying support
~ Budget planning
~ Evaluating project proposals
~ Energy and financial modelling (NPV and ROI)
