A Yorkshire independent multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy with an experienced team of dedicated Engineers and Technical support involved on a diverse range of Structural and Civil Engineering projects across a broad spectrum of the industry.

Typical sectors include commercial, residential, industrial, retail, ecolistical and education.

Civil Engineering works encompasses infrastructure for Structural Engineering projects but also bespoke schemes for agricultural Clients.

Job Description:

As a Structural Engineer you will be joining a team of Structural/Civil Engineers and Technicians at varying levels of experience.

At any one time you will be involved in one or a number of projects, all at different stages simultaneously lining in to a Senior Structural Engineer who will provide continued support and guidance.

Being an independent Consultancy no project is too small as a 'can do' attitude with their Clients is why this organisation is flourishing.

You will enjoy a wide variety of multi-million pound schemes to small structural alterations crossing over a plethora of sectors and build type.

Person Specification:

A well rounded individual ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership.

You will possess a range of engineering skills and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of current codes of practice both British Standards and ideally Euro-codes working in all the main construction materials.

An accomplished user in the latest 3D finite element modelling design software packages in both concrete and steelwork such as CSC Building Designer, RAM Structural system.

An appreciation of AutoCAD is essential, REVIT modelling software is also desirable but not essential.
