My Client has a requirement for a Technical Manager who will be required to manage the delivery of the technical aspects of residential projects from the initial conception through to development completion. You will also be responsible for overseeing the Technical team to ensure consistency of the production of designs and technical information in accordance with group guidance and policy. Provide technical support to the land and development teams to assist during feasibility studies. Procure road and sewer designs, external works, private drainage, and, FFLs in line with a brief produced by you. Manage all consultants to ensure the flow of information is within the agreed timescales and in accordance with the programme. Interact with statutory bodies, local authorities and external consultants with regards to the satisfactory discharge of planning conditions within an agreed time frame. Coordinate transfer plans, management plans for estate sales packs, liaising with Solicitors and Sales Department.
To apply for this position you must demonstrate a strong technical knowledge base ideally from a technical / engineering design background.
