They are renowned for their work in the Retail sector, from small scale store remodels to complex new build distribution facilities but are also becoming increasingly busy in sectors including:

They pride themselves on the bespoke and collaborative nature of how they deliver their services whether it be on small scale or complex larger projects.

Job Description:

This developing busy Practice is offering a great opportunity for a technically talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to join them at their busy Harrogate or Leeds studio's.

You will be joining an experienced team of Architects and Technologists/Technicians who are engaged a wide range of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside supportive colleagues engaged on building projects including Retail (including Logistics/Distribution), Commercial and Residential schemes.

Person Specification:

The ideal Candidate will have the following attributes:

~ Minimum of five years post qualification experience.
~ Have a good all round working knowledge of all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
~ Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and/or Microstation (training provided).
~ Revit experience desirable.
~ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
