Based near Leeds this rapidly growing multi-disciplinary Engineering consultancy are currently working with some of the largest and most prestigious clients in the country.

Boasting a fantastic industry reputation and with offices in an attractive location with parking they are now recruiting for several positions as their workload shows no sign of slowing down.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available to join this well respected Consultancy as a Principal Electrical Design Engineer.

You will be managing an existing team of Engineers both monitoring and mentoring them as with any position of this level.

This is a client facing role where you will be representing the practice at tender and project meetings.

This role is primarily technical in nature and our Client hopes that the right individual will enhance their already good technical skill base.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of electrical design but also be able to market the consultancy and win work. This is desirable but not essential.

To be considered for this position you must have the following criteria as a minimum:-

A wide breadth of experience and knowledge in a Consultancy field, with detailed design skills in particular specialism.

Appreciation of forms of agreement and contract documentation.

A knowledge of job costing techniques.
